We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept products back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We assume customers will test a spray or 2 before returning, however we do not accept bottles that have been used more than this or outside our 30 day policy. We are unable to accept returns on sample 5ml bottles.

Yes! We have a team of perfumers that spend all of their time developing the best formulations for us. And we only let them use the best ingredients.

Very close! We use special technology to analyse each perfume. We then conduct blind smell testing with the original and ours.

Yes! We know that people need to try a perfume to know if they will like it. Because of this we let customers have a few test sprays, which can be returned if it isn't for you.

Everything is made at our facility in Hertfordshire.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48. Usually your perfume will arrive within 1 - 2 working days.
