What are your operating hours?

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 working hours during this time. Please refrain from sending messages through multiple channels, as we address them in the order they are received.

Yes, we exclusively use Vegan Friendly Fragrance Oils, and our products are cruelty-free.

Is it safe to spray your fragrances on clothes?

While our perfumes contain a higher oil content for longevity, as with all perfumes, we recommend caution when applying to clothes, and usage is at your own risk.

How should I store my fragrances?

To maintain product quality, store your fragrances away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after it's placed?

Contact us as quickly as possible through contact@luxefragrances.co.uk and we may be able to amend your order, but there are no guarantees.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 8AM Monday to Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Delivery within the UK typically takes 2-3 working days, with potential variations during busy periods and holidays.

When will my order arrive?

Normal UK delivery time is between 2-3 working days. Please refer to your email confirmation for international delivery estimates.

What is your returns process?

Where is my exchange/refund?

Please verify receipt of your return using the tracking receipt and provide a copy of it. Returns are typically processed within a week upon receipt.

Can I use multiple promotional codes at once?
