Refund Policy - Returns & Exchanges

How our returns work

To initiate a return, please email contact@luxefragrances.co.uk. We accept returns of perfumes within 30 days for either a refund or exchange. We understand that customers may test a spray or two before returning, but bottles used beyond this or outside the 30-day window cannot be accepted and will be returned. Unfortunately, returns on sample 5ml bottles are not possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are limited to one per order, and free promotional items cannot be returned. If a free item was included in your order and you return part or all of it, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund if it's not returned unused.

Sending items back

Please do not send returns to the address listed on the website; they will be returned to sender. Always use a tracked service and check your spam folder for our replies.

For Exchange/Refund Inquiries

Check your return tracking receipt to confirm receipt by us, and send us a copy at contact@luxefragrances.co.uk quoting your order number.

When will I get my refund?

Returns are usually processed within a week. We're not liable for returns lost during transit.
